Electrik Red

Famaliar faces? Dancers turned singers, girl group Electrik Red has probably been seen all over the music scene. Before becoming a duo the girls each danced seperatly for artist such as Usher, Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown, Beyonce; Just to name a few. Lol. Anywho, I sent my mother to the Ne-Yo and Jazmine Sullivan concert as a Valentines Day present and she was the first to mention Electrik Red to me. She bragged about how good they did the "Single Ladies" dance. I youtubed it but didn't have much luck. A couple days I saw their video on MTV Hits. The first thought that came to me were aren't they backup dancers in Dream's "Rockin That Thang" video. Then I thought, I've seen them in a couple of videos. Make a long story short I found out they were the girls my mom was talking about. Yadda yadda Yay! I like there song, it's cool.

Keri Hilson, Your Turning Me OFF!

So there are some rumors circulating that Keri Hilson's verse on the Turning Me On rmx was directed to Beyonce and Ciara. A recent interview she claims that she wasn't mocking Beyonce but had no words about Ciara.

Check this part of the verse:
"Your vision cloudy if you think that you da best," so she sang to the lines which reportedly diss Beyonce and Ciara. "You can dance/she can sing but need to move it to the le...(Don't do it to 'em shawty!)/She need to go have some babies/she need to sit down she fake/Them other chicks ain't even worth talkin bout..."

I actually like Keri Hilson, her style is cute and she's not a bad entertainer. But she must be crazy to go against the baddest bitches in the game. Needless to say she doesn't have the talent of Beyonce nor Ciara. She cannot dance like Ciara and she cannot sing like Beyonce. I wish her the best in her career. But Jay-Z might just make Beyonce get at her. Freestyle battle like back in them Marcy project days =D.

I haven't been here in awfully long. Well if your interested, I've been type busy. So it's a new semester, duhh and I've been actually trying to keep up with my homework. Anywho, me and my solemate are exceptional (just thought I'd say that]. As for me? Ugh*, I'm juggling a lot right now. School, writing, family, friends and boyfriend. It's kind of hectic because I can't focus my attention on everything so mainly my school work and writing is winning my affection. Lol. Lately I've been writing many poems and realized one day I will be fucking quoted =D. Not to be full of myself but I be reading my shit like "Damn I'm on some next shit" lol. Shout out to my solemate again for putting me in the poetry mood. She read this good ass poem for this poetry thingy and school and inspired me. I love you Raven!

Last night I broke my curfew and chilled with the boys (Ty & Maleik] until about 12:30a.m. I lost $3 playing Wii with Ty, gained one back since Maleik owed me one. Came in the house, BOOM! called "Papi" over. He came about 2am and we chilled for a while. Goodnight, I went to bed.

Today! I started my day off w. going with my Mommie to get her nails done & exchanging my little brothers sneakers. From there we came home to check movie times. Of couse we wanted to see Madea, because everyone says my mother acts like her & were black. Lol. Anyway we knew it would be crowded so we decided to go early. My mother thought it would be a good idea to go to Kings Plaza for the simple fact if it was sold out at least she could shop. I thought it was pretty smart also. But yeah the first movie was sold out, so we had to wait until 7pm for the next one. We got there at 5pm leaving us w. two hours to roam. We ate, & shopped around. I even went into the best store in the world (H&M] & got an amazing sell. Buy one cardigan, get one free. Yess!! So anyway we went to see the movie which was really good btw. But never in my life will I go to see a movie in Kings Plaza. Why I never experienced such ghettoness in my life. I walked into the theatre & thought I was in The Elks. Seriously? Never again. Anyway guess what kind of wild shit I found out today? In my hood there's a wild Raccoon out on the loose. I'm scared to walk my dog. Shit! I'm scared to leave the house.

All Star Game 2009

Lets talk about that 2009 NBA Allstar Game. I betted my "Papi"; $5 & ten kisses that the West would win. He went for the East because he's a huge Dwayne Wade fan. At first I was nervous because the West was down by like 10 maybe more. He was texting me, bragging about how much there up by. Uhh huh until the second quarter came around. West was whooping they ass. Lebron & Dwayne Wade were absolutly no match for Amar'e Stoudemire, Chris Paul & Kobe. They had no luck. & umm, fuck Kobe & Shaq! MVP should have went to Amar'e Stoudemire. Maybe even Chris Paul. Kobe's performance wasn't all that great & Shaq is big & doofy. Wtf was he doing with the Jabbowackeez? Ugh. Well "Papi" when I see you I better be getting my $5 & ten kisses. Lol.

Life Is SUPER!!!

Yeah so, I rarely have time for this blogging shit. Not that i've been really busy but I have been super stressed. So anyway, lets get into some interesting things. Umm Sunday was a funfilled day, I chilled with my "Papi" like all day. & for some strange reason we cuddled instead of argued. Lol. Monday, I cooled out with my bestfriends whom I haven't seen since the police picked us up because they were punished. Ohdee long. I didn't realize how much I missed them until we were reunited. Tuesday was pretty fun. I chilled with Angel, who painted my nails and told me to wear my scarf the way it is pictured to your left. Anyways; I went to the laundry to help Ty fold his clothes but by the time I got there he was done. Oh well! Lol. Anyway my brother Ty is super great, he told me that I can't be styled on. Which is 99.9% true in most cases. Lol. Signing out, gotta walk my doggie. Toodles.

So I've been gone for a while, I'm finally back. Well I'm not here to intrest you in talking smack about Chris Brown beating Rihanna. And even though I'm against domestic abuse, Chris I'm standing by you no matter what. The end. Anyways today is a pretty busy day for me. One of my closest friends is having a sweet sixteen today which I was supposed to be in but declines the offer. Mind you it's Valentines Day and like the past years I have a valentine. My Mushie; Angel and my Mommie whom I treated to breakfast this morning =]. Btw, My Solemate made me a beautiful Valentines day card which I will be hanging up, it almost made me cry. Back to the sweet sixteen now, I have to finish getting my hair done, run and get my nails done and look for my missing shoe. Hectic much? And... I didn't get her a present and doubt if I have time to, so I'll throw maybe a twenty in a card. Hell yeah I'm cheap, my presence should be good enough. Lol. Anyway I failed one class & surprisingly my mother wasn't so mad. Ohh ohh yesterday was the Freakshow shit at my school, it was like mad games & crap. It was okay not as good as I thought it would be but it was okay I guess. Anyway my sisters rushing me to come get my hair done. Lol. Buh Bye.
